Award-winning would-be journalist Jake Harrington co-founded On-Site, a software business for rental housing with patented technology. He helped to grow it into a national leader with no outside capital. In 2017, the company was acquired following a competitive process.

He now resides in South Florida, investing in real estate, technology and real estate technology while also pursuing impactful philanthropy.
